When others give you positive feedback, you’re waiting for the BUT, the “opportunity for growth”, and you zoom in on it like a hawk and can’t let go.
This performing, perfecting and pleasing worked when you were in total control of your time and were the primary (or only) person delivering it.
However, your role has recently gotten more prominent, and you need to be visible and delegate, which is hard for you.
You hate telling people what to do because they rarely do what you need them to do, and the constant nagging is exhausting.
Often you end up doing it yourself.
But there’s so much to do, and not enough time to know it all AND deliver to the standard you want AND manage and develop others.

When someone at work suggests a good self-development book, you buy it immediately, eager to find that golden tip, a nugget that will help you do things differently, feel different, and be different.

You get the theory, and it all makes sense, but putting it into practice is a struggle. Your inner critic is very loud, and it’s hard to hear yourself think. What’s more, you’re not even sure if silencing it would be good for you - after all, isn’t he who motivated you to do well in the past?
“Fake it till you make it” is the advice you’ve been given in the past but faking it just feels awkward and inauthentic and like putting on a show.

The trouble is, they’re quick to advise and offer you fixes (that worked for them); they care for you but helping people grow into their full potential and authenticity is not their expertise.
Besides, a part of you doesn’t want to be vulnerable all the way. You care what they think of you and don’t want to ruin that.
They’re not transformational coaches with a deep understanding of what it takes for us to be brave and how to go beyond our early conditioning and embrace our true, authentic potential.

We start with a 30 minute call to see if this is the best programme for your needs.
We then jump into eight one-hour online sessions together, panning out over 3 months.
In our first session, I will help you gain absolute clarity on your desired outcome and a plan to get there. You’ll already start to feel lighter.
I’ll design a tailored approach that will mix teaching, deep self-awareness and learning by doing.
To maximise and embody the learning, I'll set you tasks and exercises to do as homework, building on what we have covered.
We stay in touch with voice memos using the app Telegram.
I share a Google Drive folder with you where you will do your homework, and I will give clear feedback. This is a hands-on process!

Why Me?
I am a qualified coach and facilitator of the transformational work of Dr Breneé Brown on courage, vulnerability and shame.
I’ve studied humans all my life, intrigued that regardless of age or education, people self-sabotage their lives and relationships, and that’s a shame.
It took me a long time to find my way to thrive, discover my voice, and follow it.
